Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, set and manage expectations
  • Requirement Analysis, Test Effort estimation, Test Design, Test execution, Defect Management and Test reporting
  • Provide a practical approach to complex testing, specifically in the areas of the automation of test cases for the purposes of regression testing.
  • Ensure adherence to standardized QA policies, processes and documentation standards.
  • Help define test cases. Test case reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed. • Maintain a target billable utilization aligned to the role
  • Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations
  • Interact, communicate and follow through with development & customer teams throughout testing phase
  • Ability to adapt to customer processes and integrate them into day to day work as needed without compromising best practices and quality
  • Assist in internal defect triage calls & customer with UAT testing as needed


Qualification


  • Extensive Salesforce Testing experience (Manual + Automation) of 6 to 10 years. • Hands on experience on any Automation tools (Selenium / Cucumber / QTP).
  • Salesforce Data Migration Testing and Integration Testing is a must.
  • Salesforce Stub testing and Functional testing would be value added; along with strong admin fundamentals.
  • Experience in working closely with the entire project team to review the overall functional and non-functional requirements, while keeping a user’s perspective in mind.
  • Experience in reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  • Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities.
  • Managing a small team of QA engineer’s and working on the project with the team.


Education / Certification


  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree.
